How It Works:

You select and purchase the amount of retainer time you think you need. Your account is opened and credited the full amount of your deposit.. As we work with you, the account is debited, and you'll receive repsonses (if there's activity) outlining what we've done, and your current balance. You pay one time per month until funds are depleted. After that, simply deposit more funds by purchasing additional retainer items, or you can just auto renew every month and your card will be automatically charged until you tell us otherwise. There are no other monthly fees.

As you are reserving our time, funds do not accrue on a monthly basis, so make sure you use your purchased time every month. (please see Refund Policy).

Once you have logged in you will have access to our ticket system and your personal virtual development team. Just submit your tasks and the funds and time will count down as used.

No, all of the service packages are specific to those services, but you can get specific tasks that are related to those services as long as you have enough hours in your retainer plan for those tasks to be performed.

What if I need more hours of time than I purchased?

You can upgrade your retainer hours at any time.

Is there a quality control process?

Yes, every support ticket is reviewed by a supervisor before your ticket is closed. You will also have a chance to rate our service. We will make every effort to make you happy.

Is there a complaint/review process?

Yes! The supervisors will review your complaint, and as the support tickets are never deleted, we can review all of the correspondence between you and your virtual programmer. Before we close your support ticket for each task, we will need to hear from you as to whether you are satisfied with our work or not. If we find an issue, we will work with you to rectify it. Once you agree that work is completed to your satisfaction, any further work on that ticket will be considered new work and charged accordingly..
